PRT 2500 wind row turner with horizontal rotor is suitable for small composting production plants. P.T.O. driven with the cardan shaft to 540 r.p.m./ it can process compost rows 2500 mm wide and 1400mm high.
The machine is towable (hydraulically tilting for the transport set-up) and it is fitted with draw-bar hydraulically adjusting in height/ special cardan shaft/ stabilizer side wheel/Dallas case and lighting beam.
This machine, while turning with a continuous
movement the shredded materials/ puts air and
oxygen into the overheated products, reducing
in this way the production time necessary to
obtain a good quality compost.
Driven by a 36/8 kW built-in diesel engine/
self propelling on tracks/ totally hydraulically driven. It
can process rows with 2500 x 1400 mm height.
Machine is fitted with a rotor speed adjusting device and
is hydraulically lifting from the tracks.
The feeding and
rotor lifting system is adjusted by two hydraulic pumps. The standard equipment includes furthermore two fixed
boards that keep the tracks lane clear.
The machine is Driven by a 118 kW built-in diesel engine
with totally hydraulic controls.
The PRS 3000 machine is self-propelling on tracks/ for a
compost row height of 1800 mm.
Machine is fitted with a system to spread and
wind covering material and a pipe to irrigate the turned
materials.
It is fitted with a rotor
speed adjusting device; the feeding and rotor lifting
services are adjusted by two hydraulic pumps.
The tracks lifting is hydraulic by two hydraulic motors.
